Current law status Prepared for the law in force at September 2026. The Health and Safety at Work Amendment Act 2026 is enacted but not yet in force; SCS will review this manual before the changes apply from 1 April 2027.
PURPOSE
This manual sets the company-level governance, duties, systems and minimum controls SCS uses to meet its obligations as a PCBU and to protect workers, contractors, residents, clients, visitors and members of the public.
