Review frequency At least annually; and sooner after a significant event, material operational change, legal/guidance change or evidence that a control is ineffective.

Current law status Prepared for the law in force at September 2026. The Health and Safety at Work Amendment Act 2026 is enacted but not yet in force; SCS will review this manual before the changes apply from 1 April 2027.

PURPOSE

This manual sets the company-level governance, duties, systems and minimum controls SCS uses to meet its obligations as a PCBU and to protect workers, contractors, residents, clients, visitors and members of the public.
